Cisco BroadWorks powers a huge share of the world’s hosted business telephony – and the engineers who can administer it well are scarce. This advanced course takes you from the platform’s architecture to confidently provisioning users, configuring call-control services and trunking, and troubleshooting live faults with real evidence.

Across five visual, example-rich modules you’ll learn the core server roles (AS, NS, Profile, Media, Xsp/ADP) and how a call flows; the system hierarchy and tiered administration; the three provisioning methods (web portal, OCI-P automation, bulk) and how to wire numbers, users and devices; group calling services (auto attendant, hunt group, call center, shared lines) plus trunk groups and Network-Server routing; and a repeatable troubleshooting method that correlates AS traces, Xsp logs, CDRs and packet captures. Every concept is reinforced with diagrams, quizzes and real-world case studies drawn from MSP practice.
