These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, online training courses, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by GVIT (“GVIT”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — Grupo Villadez IT, 7380 W Sand Lake Rd, Suite 500, Orlando, FL 32819, USA. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
GVIT provides managed IT and unified-communications services and online technical training delivered through the GVIT Academy learning platform. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Course Access & License
When you enrol in a course (free or paid), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the course content for your own personal or internal business training. You may not share account access, resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.
4. Payments
Where courses or services are offered for a fee, prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by purchasing you also agree to their terms. You authorise us (through our provider) to charge the applicable amount, including any taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute course content or platform materials;
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
- Misrepresent your identity or infringe the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, course materials, diagrams, trademarks, and software associated with the Services are owned by GVIT or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
7. Third-Party Names
Product names, logos, and brands referenced in training content (for example, vendor or platform names) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and educational purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
8. Disclaimers
The Services and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Training content is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GVIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Orlando, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
